IF IT'S NOT ON THE LORE, IT DOES NOT EXIST.

It's the only way you people will be able to understand why the lore is so important. Put simply, if it's not on the lore, you can not use whatever you may refer to as something in character. If it's not there, you have to create it so you can use it.

Oh, you found an ancient tome of magic which gives you powers? Is it on the lore? No? Fuck you, can't use it.

Oh, you had this brilliant idea for a race? Is it on the lore? No? Fuck you, can't use it.

My, that's a pretty sword you have, magical and all. Wait, it's not on the lore? Fuck you, can't use it.

For now on, this should be the basis for applications too. Wanna apply for something? Add it on the lore, then apply. This way, we can all retain our mental health and don't have to spend literally weeks bickering about how unfair this thing is, how odd it is to not have this unique item but this guy who is new now has it.

THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS THOUGH.

A few though. Excepted from this rule are slight modifications or improvements over a pre existing item ( Like a hardened leather armor or a steel sword with decals ), non magical/chemical combinations ( An armor with pieces of leather and steel ), things that obviously would exist ( There's not an entry for bows. However you can use them since they'll most likely would exist. ), handicaps or slight abnormalities ( Having red eyes or blue hair or something like that ).

For magic, it's not that obvious.

Low level spells: In the sense that instead of shooting fire from your palm, you instead make it pop up from the ground, something like that. Slight modifications to a spell that do not provide significant additional benefits, ease of use, damage, ect.

Elemental differences: Projectiles are all the same in all elements. You can do an air blast, launch a fire ball, an ice blast, ball lightning. It's all the same. Exempt are obvious natural causes which are what makes the differences between elements.

High level spells: If they are not charged forms of a low level spell, they must be on the lore.

Enchanted items: Must ALL be on the lore, no matter how minor the magical benefits are.
